Terms & Conditions - the basics
Welcome to Rowena Tattoo. Please read the following terms carefully before booking or using our services.
1. Age Requirement & General Conditions

Clients must be 18 years of age or older. We do not tattoo anyone under 18.

Valid identification (ID card or passport) is required.

We do not tattoo clients who are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or in unstable health conditions.
2. Booking & Deposit Policy

Advance booking via Zalo, Facebook, or Instagram is required.

A deposit is mandatory to secure your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the final price.

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or fail to show up without notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Rescheduling: Must notify at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation: The deposit will not be refunded.

Rowena Tattoo reserves the right to cancel any appointment if the client violates studio rules.
4. Tattooing Process & Aftercare

Clients must strictly follow the aftercare instructions provided by the artist.

Rowena Tattoo is not responsible for any complications arising from failure to follow proper aftercare.

Healing time and final results may vary depending on each individual’s skin type and health.
5. Payment

Full payment is required upon completion of the tattoo session (unless otherwise agreed for large custom pieces).

We accept cash, bank transfer, and selected e-wallets.
6. Liability

Rowena Tattoo guarantees professional technique and strict hygiene standards.

We are not legally responsible for personal decisions regarding tattoo designs (future impacts on employment or social relationships).
