Cancellation Policy
When you book your tattoo appointment online or through our consultation team (in-person or via message/phone), the following standard terms apply: Personalized Consultation & Design Support Every client receives professional consultation to help select or refine a tattoo design that perfectly suits your vision, style, body placement, and meaning. Free Design Drafts We provide 1–2 initial design drafts free of charge before your session. This allows you to review and make minor adjustments to ensure you're happy with the final look. Complex or Highly Detailed Designs For tattoos with intricate details, deep symbolic meaning, or advanced customization requiring extra time and professional expertise, a deposit may be required. This secures dedicated support from our senior consultants/artists for more refined, tailored designs. The deposit amount will be clearly communicated upfront and typically applies toward your final tattoo cost.
